The sales consultant and business manager I worked with where both very helpful in; assessing my needs, providing a great deal, and finding affordable financing for the vehicle I wanted. My only disappointment was the less than meticulous car detailing when the car was presented after purchase. Highly Recommended As a first time car buyer i was very reluctant and nervous going into Herb Chambers Lexus. I had no idea what to expect. When i first walked in and asked for a Sales person they called Robert Ross over and from the second i met him he was courteous, friendly and informative. He never once pressured me into anything and allowed me to describe what i wanted in the car and went from there. Every car he showed us was what i described to him and within 10 minutes i had picked out the car i wanted. Robert explained very well what the whole process was going to be and the next steps i had to take which eased my nerves. After dealing with Robert we were taken to the Finance Manager Joe Bere. Joe was also very informative and helpful and he seemed very excited to be able to work out a deal with us. Even after we left the dealership the first day and went back home and thought about the numbers some more we decided we made a mistake and called Joe to tell him we wanted to adjust the financing. He called back almost immediately and said this was no issue and that we could come back and rework the deal. Joe was very helpful and incredibly willing to work out a deal that was best for us and explained everything that may have gone over my head when negotiating. By the time i left the second time i was truly happy and felt the whole process was exceptional and that both Rob and Joe had exceptional customer service. Finally, the day Robert called and told me my car was ready he seemed as excited as i was about it and he even stayed at the dealership much later than he had planned in order to wait for me to arrive to pick up the car. Robert even threw in an added bonus and continued to reiterate the fact that i could call him anytime with any questions i had. Overall, for my first time experience buying a car i was very pleased. I would recommend Robert Ross to anyone who is looking to buy a car here. He truly understands the meaning of customer service. More

That meeting gave me many options for buying a former leased auto or left over 2013'S. Wishing to mull over my optionsI took daysto think them over. During that time I used the computer to get all the information available from three dealerships A preowned auto was not for me. I have been buying new cars every 3 or 4 years since my first one in 1947. Our next meeting with Ms. Zeica was to pick out a 2014 350 that we would later own. The Herb Chamber staff and Ms. Zeicz are a class act. Miss Zeica displays a great personality, extreme Knowledge of the product she is selling, great tech information and a great way to bargain back and forth. On the financial end Mr. Joe Bore could not have better explained all the in"s and out"s of financing and the costs and options. I settled to buy for cash right there. HerbChambers has a great team. I had a nail go thru my sidewall of my back tire I was in trouble because my tire kept going flat so I stopped in to see Danny Blinn who was able to take care of me in no time.
