At Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon I received a completely different and refreshing experience. Spero Coston was my salesman but never did I feel he was selling anything. He was honest and genuine. Being in Sales myself, these are qualities I look for in another salesmen. He listened to my needs, and never once did i feel i was being forced into a deal. Spero Coston made my customer service experience a 5 out of 5 i gave the quality of work a 5 out of 5 because after having my car for more than a week now i still love everything about my new used car Friendliness was a 5 out of 5 - was always greeted when entering and they remembered me on my return visits over all experience was perfect Price was my only non 5 out of 5 but i still believe it was fair. would not hesitate to buy my car all over again More

Danielle without hestitation immediately went to work and found not one, but two RX 350s that I was in the market for. With a litle negotiating a deal was made that I could not beat anywhere else on the Internet.
