I thought this was an impossible task until I was lucky enough to go to herb chambers Lexus in Sharon where I met Robert Ross to say he was .professional is an understatement but attentive and listened to every concern and need I had. after I hesitant to be introduced to the manager, Tom, thinking ok here's where the experience is gonna go down hill. I couldn't have been more wrong more of the same friendly courteous welcoming attitude. we agreed on a car and a price without any pain at all we then met Niko who handled all our paper work and was as kind as the rest of the staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is buying a car and I've found the only dealership I will do business with in the future , love the place and my new car, thanks for making what has always been stressful fun and easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Johnnie S,Clayton Zak & George Sarkis(the snappiest dre I had a great experience with Lexus of Sharon,Ma,while purchasing my 2014 ES350 Lexus. Johnnie S,Clayton Zak & George Sarkis(the snappiest dresser ever) were all so patient,proficient,friendly & knowledgeable. We ran into a couple of glitches(my VZ Bluetooth flip phone was not compatible with the car I had just bought..and on Sunday,I wanted to change from a lease to a purchase after I'd worked with Clayton on the lease,the previous day). On Monday,everything was resolved, just as George,Johnnie & Clayton said it would be. I left with a car that I love(except for the glare/reflection in both side mirrors from the metal work below the dash), and such a good feeling for the people of Lexus Sharon. On another note,the cafe, offices,restrooms, and whole facility are gorgeous..a luxurious atmosphere to display luxury cars. Now on to getting my husband into a new Lexus LS lease..... More

No up-selling or trying to add on any additional bells & whistles -- just a great, honest experience overall. They were generous with our trade-in, too. We had our son with us, and he went the extra mile to make sure his experience was as quick and easy as possible -- he made numerous trips back-and-forth from his office to see us in the Children's room. The credit check took a little longer than expected. But then again, it was a Saturday afternoon, we walked in without an appointment, and they were busy, so it was understandable. Overall, I highly recommend Jose and Herb Chambers Lexus. More
