Because we were an out-of-state buyer from Connecticut and only wanted to make one trip up to Sharon, the logistics got a bit complicated. But everyone came through, even to hand carrying some documents to us to sign and then delivering the car to us at our home, fully registered in Connecticut. After delivery, when we found a few items that needed the dealer's attention, Niko Kotsiopoulos, a sales manager, stepped in since our sales rep was not in the office. I assumed I would have to drive back up to Sharon and spend a day waiting for service. But Niko and Nick arranged for a Lexus employee to come down and leave us a loaner and drive our car to Sharon and back for us. My only regret with the entire experience is that I didn't find Herb Chambers Lexus a long time ago. Now I'm 80 years old and will likely never have to buy another car. What a wonderful, customer-oriented experience!! More
