Customers be aware! Thieves! They call their customers "guests" but don't hesitate to get into their "guests" pockets and take as much as they possibly can. The sales per Thieves! The sales person lied to me and convinced me that if I lease a car from them, the lease will expire as soon as I reach 60,000 miles; "this dealership is different, we don't look at the years of lease, we look at miles." Oh, it's different alright. I made sure I told them I drive a lot (about 30K/year) and was very hesitant to go ahead, but he was very assuring: "don't worry, as soon as you get close to 60K on the odometer, the lease is over. We do it all the time." The financial clerk echoed him... Lie!!!! Now, with two more years left on the lease and maxed out miles, I am facing a horrible loss of thousands of dollars, doesn't matter which option I take. Their sales manager couldn't care less when I reviewed those options with him... they got their money, why would they care? More

Mr. Rashidi is the KING of hospitality and kindness I couldn't find the combo package I was seeking on the 2018 ES at any Lexus dealership. Bassem and his sales manager Niko went above and beyond to loc I couldn't find the combo package I was seeking on the 2018 ES at any Lexus dealership. Bassem and his sales manager Niko went above and beyond to locate one for me and I decided to buy it. Unfortunately my wife was not happy with me making a decision without her and convinced me that my 2014 ES does not need to be upgraded and I had to call Bassem to cancel the purchase. It was a difficult call to make to Bassem but he was very understanding. He then called me back in a week to check on my health after her found out I was in the hospital for having chest pain. He offered to come to help me with anything I needed. Who does that anymore? They don't make them like this anymore folks. I cancelled an order on him that he probably needed to close 2017 being a new at the dealership and all, yet he offered to come help me and check on my health. Wow.
