Treated very well I researched the availability of my desired auto and Herb Chambers on Sharon was the first to respond to my inquiry. Phillip responded nicely and aft I researched the availability of my desired auto and Herb Chambers on Sharon was the first to respond to my inquiry. Phillip responded nicely and after a couple of days, I ended up in the showroom to look at the only Lexus GS 350 basic that was on the lot. Marc Vigor met me when I arrived and he coordinated with Sam Prusak on the sale. Both experienced sales people and personable. The interaction was totally comfortable and I enjoyed working with them. The lease transaction had been partly worked out before I came in and a few adjustments were made and I was in the new car and home within two and one half hours after signing the contract. I would not hesitate to work with both of them again! More

Exceptional service provided by Ken Alves We dropped off our RX350 for a routine maintenance however we were in a bit of a hurry to get to a doctors appointment. We were warmly greeted my Ken Alves who not only educated us on the needed service but also showed a genuine concern and respect as he also had children and knows the importance of time. Once completed within the time Mr Alves promised he thanks us for our business while our freshly washed vehicle pulled back in the lane. In any case I will only deal with Ken Alves and he should be thanked by management for a job well done. More
