Since our cars are so reliable, we rarely need non scheduled maintenance, but even when we have, Ronni is always there to explain the problem to us and recommend the best solution. We purchased another brand of car a couple years ago, but after experiencing the service department of a competitor, we traded it for another Lexus within six months. Ronni s AMAZING!!!! I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I could by saying it sounded like a spinning pinwheel that was hitting something like a pencil!! She got it!! She said she thought she knew what it was and was able to decribe it to her technicians so the problem was corrected!!! To have a service advisor who understands cars the way Ronni does is priceless!! I wouldn’t trust my lexus to anyone else but Ronni at Herb Chambers Lexus!!! It’s a 2009 and rides like the day it was purchased!! Thank U Ronni!! More

We came in with the intention of purchasing two Lexus sedans she wouldn't not even speak to my daughter and will laugh at her questions then has the gull to ask about her income before even discussing the vehicle and truly had no idea what the vehicle was or even it's simplest features. She would speak off topic and very vage after asking her a few questions she had no idea of how to anwser her anger started to show her tone changed. I saw her yell at a fellow non Caucasian employee as well. The salesman who I will not mention was more professional she even explained how Amanda has been promoted due to her connections with other managers there, disgusting made us feel even worse that Herb Chambers only hires unprofessionals with connections. I will never step into another herb chambers deal luckily in my position I have access to many potential and current clients of yours who will never ever buy from your biased runned dealers again!! Additionally my intelligent daughter decided to record the conversation and her behavior. The Lexus dealer is the least diverse establishment I ever been to in America including the south!! Do you believe non Caucasians can't buy Lexus? I've bought 9 in 4 years plus two other makes!!! I went back to Rob for the second purchase because I was treated so well the first time around. Rob is experienced, customer friendly and very attentive to the customer's needs. Rob takes the time to teach (not just show) how things works on the vehicle. He is especially good at demonstrating and teaching the technology the vehicle has to offer. I took my first vehicle to Service Manager Mark Forcucci. I always dealt with Mark because he is very up front about what maintenance was needed on the vehicle and made sure that the appointments were set up, a loaner was available and the service was completed on time. I will continue to work with Mark with the second vehicle as well. I have had nothing but good results from both the sales and service people. This is why Herb Chambers continues to get my business. Good people; good results. More
