Great experience at HerbChambers! I was contacted by Kayla who convinced me it would be worth the trip from Rhode Island to purchase a Lexus that I was interested in. I must say from the first call, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and made me want to purchase my vehicle Rob Williams, the salesman,was a pleasure to work with and negotiated a great deal for me. When my papers were signed, he went over the vehicle, assisting me with setting up the technical stuff, and this car is loaded! Richard in finance was also a pleasure, and I must say that to date, this has been my best car buying experience ever!. The cafe was get place to relax in while they were doing the setup for me.
