That evening when I finalized the car, I was told I had to come in on Sunday to do the paperwork, else the car would be sold, even though I had put deposit money on it. We were lucky to get a nanny at short notice on Saturday evening. A little more flexibility would be greatly appreciated, for someone who has 2 kids and whose wife sometimes works weekends...hence docking a star. More

The experience at this dealership was very different. The sales person Steve Flate was great! He helped me find just the right vehicle I was looking for and did it in a stress-free atmosphere. Even the experience at the finance department with Richard Keevers was great. There was no undue pressure to buy any additional warranties or options. He just explained the benefits of each and let us decide if we wanted them or not. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
