My experience with Herb Chambers Lexus was interesting when we walked in receptionist was welcoming sales team member Emily Dugan was very professional and helpful she was not the normal car sales person when we walked in receptionist was welcoming sales team member Emily Dugan was very professional and helpful she was not the normal car sales person who is pushy and aggressive she understood our needs and helped us to find the best car fit’s us next step was not a good experience sales manager don showed up and with out any knowledge of what was happening started his talk I was a cash customer and wasn’t looking for a financing it should have been simply I pay money and take my car home but he had to play the big guy roll and it wasn’t cool finances department guy Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable in total it was good experience I would recommend this dealership to my friends More

I was there for an oil change and inspection sticker. I was told it would approximately 90 minutes which was fine. After the 90 minutes and no call with an update. I checked my app and the car had been l I was told it would approximately 90 minutes which was fine. After the 90 minutes and no call with an update. I checked my app and the car had been locked up and parked somewhere on premise. Long story short, I waited another 30 minutes before I asked a manager what was happening with my car since it had been locked up for 40 minutes. He made a call and it was brought out to me. Terrible service this time. More
