My time waited was relaxing and enjoyable. Was called on cell phone when car was ready. Lexus com plementary topped off all car fluids and washed my car with a light vacuum in front of vehicle. I paid for service and my car was waiting for me. Lexus always greets customers warmly and ready to serve. I have been going to them for 13 years and with the same vehicle. More
