I went to Herb Chambers Lexus to address a few rattles, squeaks and creaks I was experiencing. I did a test drive with their tech Billy and he told me heard a few things and that he would work on it. So fast forward to the next day and I get a call that the car is ready but they only were able to fix one of the four things I was having issues with. I was obviously not happy with this response as I was led to believe that my issues will be solved. I was told that 4 people drove this car and they were not able to hear any noises. Long story short, I had a terse conversation with the general manager and here is when I realized that the dealership doesnt care about their customers but they just got each others back and lie thru their teeth. I took my car and not even 2 minutes into my drive I could already hear the creaking/squeaking that the claimed that they FIXED! Not to mention that I also heard the other noises that they claimed they never heard. I wouldve taken the car back but I dont want these losers near my car anymore. So if you have rattles in your car please stay away from this dealership! More
