The dealership is always excellent, and the employees are competent and easy to talk to. I particularly want to thank Monica Paz for her help in completing the various work that was done during the replaceme competent and easy to talk to. I particularly want to thank Monica Paz for her help in completing the various work that was done during the replacement of my battery. She also insured that my Car Wash was done carefully. My battery died in the early afternoon, and I was able to start my car using a battery charger. I drove the car to the dealer at 3:30 PM and, without an appointment, was told that the service would take 1 1/2 hours. It took only an hour and then the car wash that was done was magnificent. My experience with Herb Chambers Lexus has always been this good! More
