Excellent service/experience beginning with Mark Forcucci. Without asking Mark checked my vehicle for any recalls, and happily informed me that there were none which were outstanding. The issue with Forcucci. Without asking Mark checked my vehicle for any recalls, and happily informed me that there were none which were outstanding. The issue with my car was quickly diagnosed and I was informed that the parts would be delivered and installed the next day. Mark kept me in the loop the whole time. He also arranged for me to have a loaner car! I was very impressed with the entire process. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance on my RX 350 for sure. More
