Monica was great! I have a Lexus NX with less than 35,000 miles on it and recently saw that it was slowly leaking coolant. I took it in to the Lexus in Sharon and it ended up being a leaking water pump. Given that this my car has low mileage, and am a loyal customer Monica brought it to her Manager and they called Lexus directly to see if there was anything they could do for me. Lexus ended up agreeing to cover the full cost of the work and parts which was going to be over $1,000. She has followed up with me and has gone out of her way to ensure I had had a positive experience. More

Brought my car in for work and they had to order in the part since there wasn't one in house Monica from the service department set me up in a loaner car.
