I was a bit taken aback by the lack of courtesy and customer service with one of the greeters at the front desk. We waited about 10-15 minutes, which I thought was so unusual, as there were no updates when we would be helped, James just walked by and was surprised to see us waiting. It was obvious he was never notified. I could somewhat understand if the showroom was overwhelmed with guests, however, that was not the case.
