There was not a moment Sofia wasn’t smiling, cheery and professional. She really knows how to listen, relate and communicate. Thank you for having such a strong team member. She is an exemplary example of customer service. She goes above and beyond to make everything smooth. She even wanted to make sure I got home safe after purchase, as I live far away.
