Went to them with a pre-approval for a particular vehicle. I was Not only denied, but the salesman tried to Upsell me to a current (2024) model EVEN with the SAME credit rating and downpayment?! They ran my credit for THEIR company even after I had EXPLICITLY told them my Reference # and to run it MY Finance Company! I SPOKE with my Financial Institute and they said they NEVER RECEIVED anything from them!!! xxx?!! My Credit was Dinged from Herb Chambers tho!! Do NOT TRUST ANYONE from ANY HERB CHAMBERS DEALERSHIP!!! More

I was helped by Sean Dasilva. I was there for an oil change and he saw that my car had almost no gas. I had a recall for the gas pump, so he told me he can get it done so I don’t I was there for an oil change and he saw that my car had almost no gas.
