We are very satisfied with our visit to the Herb Chambers Honda Service Center last Tuesday. Our advisor, Sean Desilva, took very good care of us and explained clearly the problems with the brakes of our CRV Honda Service Center last Tuesday. Our advisor, Sean Desilva, took very good care of us and explained clearly the problems with the brakes of our CRV. The brakes were then repaired successfully. We live in Brighton and still miss the Herb Chambers Honda location on Commonwealth Avenue which was so convenient and so well appointed for waiting customers. We were thinking of bringing our car to a closer service center (Honda Village or Cambridge Honda) but we chose to return to the Herb Chambers Honda on Morrissey Boulevard because we trusted Sean Desilva to give us realistic information on the state of our car. When you schedule something to get done o. Your car. You schedule for a reason. We all have a busy life. I have always get my services done at this dealer place. Well not anymore. Told them I have to leave at 12pm since I have to be at work at 12:30. My appointment was at 10:30am Nobody even look at me until 10:50. Terrible,terrible customer service. Well I guess I have to find another dealer to go. More
