I was always confident Mr. Kielbasa was working to make my experience as pleasant and convenient as possible.. The "OK" rating for quality of work was due to the fact that car was returned to me twice with technical issues I feel the technician should have caught i.e. engine light still flashing even though engine had just been replaced, and car making loud irregular noise which required more service work. Despite this, I would return to this dealer based on my excellent experience with Mr. Kielbasa and the eventual resolution of my issues. More

I called the dealership 2 days before Christmas and spoke with Derek about my issue. He gave me all of the service hours for the week and said to swing in without an appointment when I could. I showed up T with Derek about my issue. He gave me all of the service hours for the week and said to swing in without an appointment when I could. I showed up Thursday night after work, and Derek was working. He quickly determined that the issue was under warranty and that they could have a technician fix the problem right then and there. It certainly didn't seem like it was a "slow" day/evening, but they managed to get me in and out within 30 minutes. Of course not needing service is ideal, but if I do ever need service again, I can only hope it goes half as smoothly. Thanks Derek! More

He's always been professional, honest, supportive, and giving me all of the information to make the best decision for me and my car. His customer service has always been great which is why I choose to follow him but I must say the entire service staff at herb chambers dodge all made me feel like I've been coming here for years. I came in to change my tires few weeks ago and the service was excellent and in a timely manor. As my vehicle is getting older, the time has come for my next purchase and I will definitely be buying there thanks a lot for a great beginning you guys. Happy New Year and keep up the great work. I'm giving this rating because the Jeep I bought here is still not fixed and someone in the service department stole four packs of cigarettes out of my car the last time I brought it in. Osirus was so ni is still not fixed and someone in the service department stole four packs of cigarettes out of my car the last time I brought it in. Osirus was so nice to try and cover for his crew but I refused to let it go and ended up coming back in to be reimbursed by the "detail manager" with petty cash. I'm still angry that my vehicle is not fixed. This dealership and the next one agree that there is a noise in the drivetrain that they can't identify. None of the service people even seemed interested in fixing my car, which is under warranty! More
STAY AWAY... I go to U.T.I Norwood for auto and know when my car has an issue. Ive had my car since october 2012 and its now july 2013. I had noticed a whining sound that appeared to be coming from the trans my car has an issue. Ive had my car since october 2012 and its now july 2013. I had noticed a whining sound that appeared to be coming from the transmission so I made an appointment with herb chambers since it was under warranty.I had an appointment for Thursday so as I usually do, I dropped my car off the day before so it would b the first in. I expected to get a call at around noon on thursday and I didnt, so at around 5pm I called and got told my car wasnt even looked at yet. I woke up at 930am on friday to a call asking if i wanted to schedual a new appointment since I hadnt dropped the car off, I said no the car has been there for a while. I waited till 12 that and had no call so I called them back, still mycar had not veen seen. I called back 3 more times, im now pissed off, and still the same answer. I decided to test them and see if they would update me on there oen on Saturday but no one called. Monday morning I call and get told the car was testdriven and the sound was herd and Iit sounded mechanical, then he says the transmission specialist had to take it for a ride and I should hear from him by about 3. I waired till 5 and didnt get a call so I called back. The guy that had been helping me was gone for the day and there was no news at all so I asked for the service manager and got told he was gone too. I called tuesday morning and got told no noise was herd and there couldnt be anything wrong with it because there where no codes, keep in mind the day before I had been told they herd the noise and it was mechanical. He said they were putting miles on my car to try and listen for a sound, but that it was probably just me not knowing about how my car was supposed to be, so I called my normal shop Michaud Mitsubishi, right accross the street, and told them what had happened. They helped me the best they could and suggested I got my car away from herb chambers ASAP and to another shop. I did what they suggested so itook it to the place it should have been all along, michaud Mitsubishi. I will repeat myself again STAY AWAY FROM HERB CHAMBERS DANVERS. THEY ARE NO GOOD CROOKS THAT WILL BLAME THE ISSUE ON YOU AFTER TAKING DAYS tO EVEN LOOK AT YOUR CAR. More
Came in for an oil change, was promptly greeted by someone as I drove into the service area. The salesman who sold me my 2 cars 2 years ago remembered me and asked how everything was and how i was. One thing I dont understand and never will, the salesman are usually sitting in the waiting area, eating, drinking, doesnt bother me, they were all very nice but shouldnt they be standing? As i said doesnt bother me as they are very corteous anyhow. $40 for an oil change is a bit steep conidering I can go to any local shop for about $20-$30. More
