I brought my Wrangler JL into 495 Jeep to have a mix of routine servicing plus some "could you look into this odd thing?" inspections. I had Ray as my service advisor, and he's worked with me on previous visits as well. I work from home but also like to go offroading in my Jeep, so it has relatively low mileage for its age but where some of those miles are awfully rough. Ray does a great job of taking that into account to come up with a service schedule that makes sense for my specific uses and needs and keep the Jeep running smoothly. He's also great with keeping me informed with the how the work is going and answering any questions that I have. I've brought my Jeep to 495 Jeep since I bought it back in 2022, and I've always received excellent service from them.

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
