They fixed my 2019 Jeep Cherokee but.. The service advisor "Ray" , not the service manager Ray but the service advisor "Ray" was argumentive on the phone and in person with me telling me my Jeep wasn't covered by warranty, this after having an appointment for 3 weeks in advance! It was not only covered by the extra factory warranty I purchased when I bought the car but also under it's new car warranty on its transmission which SHOULD NOT have had a diagnostic fee's associated with it! Then when I go to pick up my car this "RAY" was conveniently not there. Furthermore the service manager "RAY" wasn't there either or so I was told when I came to get my car. I was charged $193 dollars for a "diagnosis fee" to fix a warranty covered item. I paid it just to get my car the xxxx away from them. I will NOT be back for service plus I WILL NEVER buy any type of car from a Herb Chambers dealership EVER! All this shady xx with dealerships is out of control in Massachusetts!! I plan to report them to Dodge Jeep Corporate Customer Service and the attorney general of MA. I CAN NOT in good conscious recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason, I can only wonder if the service department will do me like this what the sales department will be like to deal with. There are way too many other options to buy a new car or used car to take a chance or put up with after the service department acts the way I was treated. They're service advisors have their own boxed in a/c and heated area where they act like they have their own private "good ol' boys club" . Management know it because they see it. Bottom line, sure they fixed my car but the amount of upset and attitude from the service advisors that came before they did from is unreasonable, disrespectful and reason not to use them again. $193 to replace a bolt is ridiculous that was covered under warranty! Don't walk away, don't run away just don't go at all! Buyer Beware!!!
