Took the car in for service and now there is severe grinding and squeaking in my rear axle that was not there previously- furthermore they took the hard key out of my key fob and lost it. I can’t even begin to tell you how helpful salesman Joe Lusso has been during my first year of owning a Jeep. I was hesitant to lease a Jeep but after my time spent with Mr. Lusso I couldn’t wait to drive Lusso has been during my first year of owning a Jeep. I was hesitant to lease a Jeep but after my time spent with Mr. Lusso I couldn’t wait to drive a new Jeep Wrangler. During the past year Mr. Lusso would call me just to check to make sure that everything was going great with my new car . And it absolutely has been Great!! The folks over at Herb Chambers were phenomenal and turned my opinion of the brand around. I knew when I was ready for a new car, that is where I would go. And I was so happy I did. Service is top notch. I didn't feel like I was being sold. I was not pressured to make a decision. I drove off in a brand new vehicle, had zero buyers remorse and they called to check up on me. 10/10 recommend. More
