I custom ordered my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler here after finding the identical vehicle to what I wanted in the wrong color back in March. I test drove the vehicle they had in inventory, determined that I would indeed be ordering the one I wanted, however I did inform them that my current vehicle was a lease that wouldn’t mature until December, so I would want my new vehicle later in the year, I asked them to not harass or contact me, and that I would definitely be in touch with them when the appropriate time to order came, THEY ABSOLUTELY RESPECTED MY WISHES! I ordered my jeep on July 29th, and was told it would take about 3-4 months for it to come in according to the manufacturer, however jeep did end up doing a “full send” and my jeep came in less than 6 weeks. My lease on my previous vehicle wasn’t over, but the sales team worked with one of their other dealers to get me out of my lease so that I could drive away in my new jeep. Jason White was top notch, he was highly responsive, attentive, and patient. I would absolutely work with him again. More

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel at Herb Chambers May of last year. That whole process was a xxxx show. I think it was Kevin's first sale. I recently had it to their service department for 4 Chambers May of last year. That whole process was a xxxx show. I think it was Kevin's first sale. I recently had it to their service department for 4th time in just over a year. (Not to mention another diesel garage 3 times; I'm an hour and a half away). This time my dash lights were all on, my transmission was overheating and the AC stopped working. They had it for a week and figured out the battery needed replaced. They couldn't replicate the transmission overheating even though I had a picture of it at 251°. And what AC? I had to call Rich, the service manager, to get him to drive it and confirm it was overheating. Once confirmed, they decided it needed a new transmission cooler. Not sure what diagnostics they used because it didn't fix the problem. Only increased my bill. They ordered another part and didn't tell me they were waiting on it. They just let me continue to wait without a vehicle for weeks. When I came to pick it up they had my old battery in the back on my leather seat along with my hitch cover. I don't know why they needed access to my hitch (or why their trained technician couldn't put it back on) and now my seat is damaged. 20 minutes after leaving the dealership my ACC/FWC Unavailable lights came on on the dash. I've emailed Travis and Rich multiple times with no response. The dealership has always been awful about getting someone on the phone. It's just been a nightmare since last May. I'll never buy from Herb Chambers or another CDJRF. I just want them to fix their mistakes and stop ignoring me. It feels like I'm asking too much. More
