Business manager Zac was extremely helpful in finding financing that suited my needs and budget, even with adding the lifetime warranty to my vehicle. I've had my car for about 24 hours and so far, am thrilled with it. Aside from some slight braking shimming - which I'll monitor for the next week or so - it rides great. It's a nice, sturdy car ... and it looks great! The only thing I'm uneasy about, is that it only came with one key - which is odd. I can purchase another one, but a $200 or so expense for a 'new' car is kind of hefty. I've lost keys before and appreciate having that 'spare' as a back up. Ideally, in my opinion, the dealership should provide the second key. More

ok, where to start! I have bough 5 trucks from the dealership. They know me, I ran into some finacal trouble this past October, I went into the dealership just to talk and see what my choices where to dealership. Next thing I know I was being driven to the bank, and returning my truck...being put into something I HATED! (sorry, have always hated jeeps). The next day I went to return my truck, told Joe I DID NOT WANT TO DO THIS. TO pacify me, I was being told that he was throwing in, Lo-Jack, Dent wizard...you get the picture. Because I HATE to say NO..I am driving this piece of shit out the door, feeling like I have been hit by a Mack Truck! I called within hours to get my truck back and return this....I knew there was a "so many days to return if not happy" That is just what I did....they would NOT honor that and when I wrote a nasty letter to who I thought was Herb Chambers, they went it to everyone on the floor! I just found out from my lawyer that they did something shady, He found something in my contract. I am now in a complete finical MESS because they did just what they did to me.! BE AFRAID...BE VERY AFRAID....RUN, DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Went to Herb Chambers which is 2 miles down the road to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and like usual they tried to scew me and this was aftet I gave them the price i got from QUIRK JEEP, they were not even buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and like usual they tried to scew me and this was aftet I gave them the price i got from QUIRK JEEP, they were not even close to the deal i got at quirk. I went online at Quirk filled out an online request, got a call from the Manager in 10 minutes, he asked me a few questions about the rebates and told me he would send me out a quote ( to my email)10 minutes later the quote showed up and I was very surprised to see a 4690.00 discount which included a 1000 cash incentive from Jeep. Herb Chambers had the same exact vehicle, same MSRP, same options and could not come close to their price. My sugestion is to do your homework before you buy, a simple request form to Quirk and within 10 minutes you will have your price that either Herb Chamber or Kelly Jeep could come close to, not even within a few hundred dollars. I have been buying cars for friends and family for the past 30 years, it is worth the ride or phone call to Quirk who will give you a price over the phone with no BS or pressure about having to come in to get a price. Like i said my local dealer could not come close to the deal i got from Quirk. I do not know anyone at Quirk and if I had a bad experience there iwould be including them in this email. I was kinda dumbfounded at first when no sales person "attacked" me once I stepped foot on the property on the two days I was there searching.But once I entered the office to inquire about the Cherokee, I was met with a very responsive and polite salesperson, Mark Cunningham. Mark took the time to gather all the info needed to put me into the vehicle I wanted, not what they were pushing off the lot.During the Q/A session and appointment Mark had later in the day showed up and hour early, Mark introduced me to John Puleo, John sat me down and without skipping a beat, picked up where Mark left off. John brought me to the vehicle I was interested in and explained "everything" about the vehicle, during the test drive, he continued to go over every little detail. As we arrived back to the dealership, my trade in was already evaluated, that's where I met George, George, George gave me a price for my trade-in that I could not pass up on the first offer, once that was agreed on we met Zack Zack is a funny guy, I was thinking to myself that this man does not take this purchase seriously, but again I was wrong, Zack was very professional,a down to earth person who while filling out the finance's, took the time to get to know me as a person, not a customer. Zack made an appointment for me to come back in two days to pick up my new purchase. I was 10 minutes early, he took me into his office, went over every little detail, what prices were for what, there were NO hidden charges ( as I found from another dealer i had made a purchase from). once the papers were signed Zack had a salesperson ready to show me my new vehicle, and low and behold it was Mark Cunningham, the first person I met that led me down the road to my purchase, Mark set everything up for, showed me how to use all the options.
