I purchased previous cars and my whole family has purchased their vehicles at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers;most of which was purchased with the amazing support, professionalism, expertise and; most importantly, honesty of Mark Cunningham. Spending money today, during tough economic times, where jobs and funds are very hard to come by, means having to be very smart and meticulous when making large ticket purchases, like a vehicle. I also have ALL of my car maintenance at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers and find that the entire team in that department is as superb as Mark Cunningham is, there is quite a symbiotic relationship between all the various departments within that dealership. Mark truly makes me feel as though I am a beloved family member when helping me to navigate through a scary and expensive transaction. I have NEVER felt any pressure from Mark. I tell him what my needs are, give him my meager budget and put my trust in his abilities to come through. He always does! This time around I did something I have never done before; I made the decision to lease a 2014 Jeep Laredo. I have never in my life owned a brand new car. My husband was a mechanical genius; he fixed and kept all our family' cars running smooth. Unfortunately, I lost my husband and have been left on my own to see to regular maintenance and unexpected repairs. This is a very scary proposition. Fortunately, I have Mark Cunningham and the entire team at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers behind me. My beloved 2004 Chrysler Pacifica (which I purchased as a pre-owned vehicle from Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers way back) now needed some maintenance repairs and I was at a crossroads...do I fix the car and move on or do I retire the vehicle that had given me several years of safe travel and purchase another pre-owned vehicle and hope that it would last me and be as good to me as my Pacifica? Going into this decision I never imagined that driving off the lot in a brand new 2014 vehicle of any kind was even a possibility. With Mark Cunningham at my side anything is possible. He knew that after suffering the loss of my husband, -beyond the profound and devastating impact that the death of a loved one has on one's whole life-, car maintenance, never having been a problem, was now a major concern for me. Mark thought that I might benefit from a lease. I was terrified of the prospect and what was involved. Mark Cunningham took me by the hand, explained every step of the process, helped me to compare buying verses leasing, and worked his tail off to get me the very BEST deal one could hope for. He was so patient with me. When I wavered back and forth between purchasing or leasing he asked me my concerns and went down a list of pros and cons, his integrity during this process was paramount. He answered ALL my questions sometimes the same one over and over again. He took his time helping me to find the PERFECT vehicle for my needs. When I fell in love with a 2014 Jeep Laredo, Mark took my budget constraints and made it possible for me to drive off that lot in a most beautiful brand new vehicle...something I had NEVER done before, with the best terms. I only wish my husband was still alive because if anyone deserved to know the feeling of sitting behind the wheel in a brand new car with that brand new car smell knowing that for the first time I wouldn't be faced with numerous repairs that are synonymous with pre-owned vehicles - it was my husband, because he spent all his free time repairing and patching up cars of friends and family for many, many years and NEVER had the pleasure of owning a brand new vehicle and while this brings tears to my eyes, I can honestly say that in a way I felt as though my husband was here with me, because Mark treated me and cared about my experience in the same loving way that my husband always treated me. I don't know how else to express the gratitude I have for Mark Cunningham. I felt safe in his hands and his care doesn't stop after you drive off the lot either. Whenever I have needed maintenance or repairs for my previous vehicles Mark would help me coordinate with the service department as well. I noticed right away that Mark had a terrific rapport with all of the service personnel. He greatly respects their expertise and thereby is respected by them, and for the customer, this is a priceless relationship between the members of the Herb Chambers family that translates into a tremendously beneficial outcome time and again for Herb Chambers customers. My son recently had the very same amazing experiencing in purchasing a vehicle with the support and guidance of Mark Cunningham. After losing a spouse of 36 years there are many things that cause tremendous stress, but I will never have to stress over a vehicle because I have Mark Cunningham and the entire family at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers behind me. This is the second time I have bought a car from Mark Cunningham. I bought a Dodge Charger in 2008 and have just now bought a Chrysler 300. I was having the Charger serviced and was not actually looking Cunningham. I bought a Dodge Charger in 2008 and have just now bought a Chrysler 300. I was having the Charger serviced and was not actually looking to buy a car. I had seen the Chrysler 300s but thought the price was above my budget. I asked Mark a few questions and before you know it, he had offered me a great trade-in on my Charger and some other discounts that showed me it could be possible after all. Mark let me test drive one of the 300s on the lot and then was able to find one at another dealership that had the features I wanted. I like working with mark because I never feel pressured and always know that he is being honest and is trying to give me a good deal. The rest of the sales staff is also very helpful - I can see they work as a team. I also can't say enough good thing s about the service staff. I hope I will be driving the Chrysler 300 for many hears because I love it, but I know that the next time I am looking for a new car, I will look for Mark Cunningham at Herb Chambers Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. Herb chambers has done it again!! Amazing service coupled with quick and efficient knowledgable service.
