Loving my Dodge Charger I made my first car purchase, a used 2013 Dodge Charger, from this dealership and I have been in love with the car since I first laid my eyes on it! This was the THIRD dealership I went to because I felt very uncomfortable at others but Dumitru assured me he was not into high pressure sales tactics! I definitely appreciated his honesty! He was always available and very friendly. After my purchase there was an issue with the car's exhaust (previous owner's fault) and Herb Chambers gave me a new exhaust system! He went out of his way to get me a car that exceeded my expectations, and get it down to a price that fit my budget, even though I didn't think it was possible. Here's what I learned though: they may not know basketball at all but they are in fact straight shooters. I came in armed (with the facts, of course) and ready for some hand to hand negotiation. Instead, I found a group of people that was a pleasure to deal with, especially Glenn Chandler and Sarah Grasso, two knowledgeable, friendly and most important to me, honest sales people. Herb Chambers has obviously instilled in his sales force the right approach, and that's to treat others the way they themselves would want to be treated. I felt it right way, and it was a nice surprise --- and guess what, they got the sale. We are thrilled with our new 2015 Challenger R/T Plus. Thanks guys. More

John was very helpful and honest about deals and what was available. We did a couple of test drives and he was extremely patient and helpful. I had an overall great experience! I was able to drive away in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee that day! The car is amazing and I love it! I will definitely go back after having such a pleasant experience at this dealer. John could not have been more helpful and I really appreciated all he did. More

I worked with Lewis Silvano during my visit. He was very patient with all of my questions and explained every step of the process in detail so that I knew exactly what was happening the whole way through. Lewis was very attuned to my budget as well as my needs in a new vehicle. Pressure was the last thing that I felt through the entire experience which was my biggest fear. I am over the moon about my purchase as well as my experience. I can confidently say that I would recommend anyone I know on the market for a vehicle to work with Lewis.
