Guardian Angels I want to thank you for the amazing service my family recieved from the service department. My family had arrived in Danvers (We are from out of sta I want to thank you for the amazing service my family recieved from the service department. My family had arrived in Danvers (We are from out of state) for a short visit and my Dodge Caravan had a major transmission issue. My van was under warranty and had been in my local dealership's service department to have my transmission checked about 6 weeks ago now. When I left them I was told that my van was safe to drive. 4 weeks later my transmission went into safe mode 2 miles from the Herb Chambers dealership in Danvers. This meant that my van could not go above 20-25mph. It was constantly shuddering and triggered my PTSD. Those 2 miles were the longest 2 miles of my life. While my van was parked in their lot, Ray Arocho heard part of my conversation with my local dealership and could tell that we were in trouble. Ray took charge and offered to handle fixing my van and working with the warranty company. From there Ray met every challenge that came up and advocated heavily for us. It took about a week and a half for Ray and his service team to completely replace the transmission. Ray stayed in constant communication with us and kept us updated on the warranty issues and on the delivery of the new transmission. The service person responsible for removing and installing the new transmission worked late one day and early the next just to help us get home. I really can not thank everyone enough for all the help in our time of need. Ray and his team were our guardian angels taking care of us. In this day and age it is hard to trust in people, but rest assured you can trust Ray and his team. Again Thank You! More

I made an appointment in advance and Zouhair was my sales consultant. He was fantastic from the start. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Herb Chambers honored the price of the vehicle as advertised on the internet. And they provided the highest trade in value for my 2009 wrangler. I knew what it was worth and glad i was not “low balled” like some other dealerships. I came back to pick up my new wrangler and was tied up because of my insurance company. I wanted to keep my plates and unfortunately the insurance company could not get their act together. It took hours to receive the binder and correct rmv form. Zouhair was more than patient and stayed on top of the insurance company throughout the day. The staff at Herb Chambers was upfront about their pricing, incentives, the value of my trade in, and financing versus leasing options. I was going to use my own credit union but Will managed to get me a lower rate which I gladly accepted. Zouhair treated me with the utmost respect and understands that honesty is the most important part of customer service. More
Certified Jeep Patriot - used 2016 I really liked working with Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers. I had been researching Certified 2016 Patriots for my daughter. They were very easy to wo I really liked working with Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers. I had been researching Certified 2016 Patriots for my daughter. They were very easy to work with and when picking up the car I noticed some scratches that needed to be fixed. As a result, they called their dent , scratch repair company and literally went inside and outside the car. Great job and looked brand new. We've had the car for about 9 months and very happy. More

As I was waiting for AAA, I called Herb Chambers service in a panic not sure what to do. He was super nice and patient with me and told me to bring it in. AAA got it started , so I drove straight to chambers jeep and Ray for me in and took care of me. Having someone like Ray who you can trust means a lot, especially for a woman. More

Worst service department ever Had an issue with corrosion on a 2016 Jeep. Visited the dealer several times and every time the service manager said it was a known problem. First visit they took pictures no response for months. Called and emailed no response Second visit took again and said they would contact Jeep. No response Emailed GM and said he would look into it. Month later still no response Emailed again. Said Jeep denied claim. Fair enough. Emailed and called Jeep Consumer Affairs group. Jeep started they searched the records and found no inquiry by the dealer. Even Jeep tried calling and emailing dealer to listen there side. No response from the dealer. Finally Jeep apologized and suggested I go to another Jeep dealer to file another claim. I understand claims can be denied but this dealer just lied to us about the claim. Go to another local dealer for better honest service More

All routed calls through the automated phone reception get either picked up and hung-up or transferred within 4 rings to a line that rings indefinitely. The only way I have been able to reach the service center is by calling the main operator and having her ask them to take my call. i certainly didn't call angry, but after going through this on multiple efforts to reach the service desk, it seems to me that this dealership is understaffed to handle the capacity/work-flow. when i finally got through to someone, i was told that my car would not be looked at for another 3 days, which now on Monday means I will be without my car for the rest of the week. when i called over the weekend, i was told that this would be looked at today and ready in 1-2 days. this is not the case, and I am somewhat of a captive in this mess. as much as I love my Fiat... I'll start to look for this work to be done elsewhere. I would not recommend using this service center and i will not be buying my next car from this dealer. More
