Nobody called us to service the car (under contract). Chrysler Jeep Finance dept. did not send us the registration update of the car in 2020. They said "your problem not ours. Wait until next year.!!" We tried to trade in our vehicle with a newer one. Where CarMax is proposing to buy the car for $34K, the dealership trades it in for $24K! unreal! And they say: "nothing we can do more!". You are not going to see me again for sure. More
