I made the choice to bring it to Herb Chambers for the repair, and Matt kept an open line of communication with me the entire time. The repair ended up being minor, and Matt and the Herb Chambers team had my vehicle back to me in no time. I’ll be asking for Matt by name moving forward for all of my service needs. More

Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget. Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect.
