Yes and no on recommending the dealership. SERVICE IS A SOLID 10 stars. But the dealership? Needs improvement. Some things are GREAT others have not been as hot as they were when Pranav was the GM. For starters, the sales reps aren't as good as they used to be. Robert is gone I think, but also the make up for my hassles he had offered (long story on that) disappeared with him at least that is what Naisha told me... (the little brat). The service department has had turnover. Brian was THE best service tech, but Olay, Chavin (gone) and now Laura, have all been fantastic. Really knowledgeable and do try to help out as much as they can. Service Techs? 100 A+ stars, particularly if you are lucky enough to get Bryon Solomont - EXCEPTIONAL. Timely comms, detailed, easy to understand. Now, booking your service? There is this ONE woman, who singlehandedly would knock the review to -10 stars, Naisha? I think her name is Naisha. She gets 5 stars on the unpleasant scale, 5 stars on the fails customer service and 5 stars on the unpersonable with 22 stars for bad attitude and unfriendliness (and I am a Puertorrican mom! My sons would never survive a second with the nasty attitude. I would love to give this dealership 5 stars again, but when I go back to my first X3 trade-in (a 2010 traded for another X3), then I got an X1, then traded that for ANOTHER X3, my husband bought a car, 2 of my bff's got BMW's ditching Mercedes (they fell in LOVE with the dealer and Pranav the previous GM), then another X3 and now my beautiful X4 that came with baggage and a sleazy sales person who is no longer there. The service Deptartment is 5+stars. The dealership? Needs to work on their bedside customer service manners again. Not what it used to be. I hope my next car will be an X6! More
