Sean, I am not even talking about the last repair- that was done very unprofessionally. Because BMW had issued a recall/ free fix for that problem but your dealership charged me on the pretext that I dropped water on the seat. Which is not true. However, I ended up paying $800 for diagnostics and I did not get the problem fixed because the dealership was asking for $1500. In the last visit (last week, a years or so after the last repair), this topic came up and the associate mentioned that I did not pay anything for the diagnosis. I told her, please check records- I did pay $800 for it. I even tried to back off that topic and talk about the current problems with my car to make a fresh start but she seemed very very rude. I walked off because she was very disrespectful. Your loss was Tulley's gain.
