Every step of this process was delayed. We were told two weeks to get a title. It took over a month. We waited for nearly three hours before we even sat down to sign papers. Five days after purchase, registration and finance paperwork have still not been received. This has been the most frustrating car-buying experience I have ever had. This dealership had a total lack of respect for our time throughout this process. More
