My wife had been looking to replace her 2008 XC90 Volvo for a few months and had been using the internet to sea Thanks to Trevor and his Teammates! My wife had been looking to replace her 2008 XC90 Volvo for a few months and had been using the internet to search all over the country. After deciding to give up her search for now, we took a working vacation to Charleston, S.C. at the beginning of December. While there, we saw the Hendrick Volvo dealership and my wife decided to look at their website. Immediately while on their site, she saw a 2019 XC90 Volvo that was almost the exact exterior and interior color she had been looking for along with extremely low miles. This prompted her to immediately call the used car department in what she found out was after business hours. That being the case, she still received a call almost immediately from Tony, the used car sales manager. Tony was polite and informative and invited us to come into the dealership the following day where we met Trevor. Trevor who is part of the sales team, took us on a test drive and then sat with us trying to get us the best deal possible on a car that seemed to be just what we were looking for. As if that wasn’t enough, Trevor gathered all of our information, suggested a great place for lunch (Lewis Barbecue) and allowed us to leave to enjoy our vacation while he worked with the finance manager to get us the best interest rate and minimize the time we spent finalizing the purchase. We came back later that day and purchased the car. We first want to thank Trevor for his polite and patient attitude and knowledgeable assistance during the inspection and purchase process and we also want to thank Tony (used car sales manager) for his polite assistance and Phillip (the finance manager) for making such a large purchase as painless as possible. In the end, Trevor and his teammates were wonderful! More

I have been doing business with Volvo of Charleston for 10 years now. Why 10 years? it is because they are Good Honest people from the Sales dept and through to the Service and Parts departments. I'm always treated with a friendly Smile and a Warm Hello. they seem to be happy with their Jobs, all the down to the friendly service porters. The technicians work hard, and they are not lazy, I always get a call when my car is ready to be picked up and even better, they clean it for me when it is more than just normal maintenance. The General Manager is very Kind, and he always acknowledges me when I am there and if he has time will even chat for a bit. Good Job Volvo of Charleston. More
