The Finance manager was delayed over an hour past my appointment as he admittedly was having a issue with the paperwork as he doesn't do many subscription deliveries. With out authorization the Dealer pulled a additional unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit. This situation became a bouncing ball of misrepresentations and excuses on why it was “needed” or that is was “required”. I am very disappointed in how Dan Zarrillo the general “manager” handled my concerns and his total lack of integrity to owning up to the mistake. I was provided 4 different explanations on why this was “ok” each time digging deeper with more misinformation. More
