I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. Service wouldn’t explain all of the fees, even during check. For example they were miscellaneous charges that had no description, what did could. No exact time of how long the technician took to repair the issue. Vacuum brake seal was said to be bad but the service writer stated that I couldn’t tell, there would be no leaking, no way to tell. Car was dropped off over night, picked it up later in the day. During pick up I was asked if I wanted the car vacuumed and washed. It was at the dealership ALL DAY. Are was supposedly ready by noon but I guess not. I could easily add more if you would like to talk about it. More
