I purchased my 2018 Volvo in 2017. Although, I have had several mechanical/electrical issues with this vehicle, I have been extremely pleased with the service team at Hendrick Volvo. My service provider i several mechanical/electrical issues with this vehicle, I have been extremely pleased with the service team at Hendrick Volvo. My service provider is Courtney, and she is very professional, friendly, and has exceptional customer service skills. If my Volvo is in for general maintenance, or for a specific issue, Courtney keeps me updated on the status of the repairs. She is very informative, which removes all of the guess work out of the needed repairs. More

Outstanding service!
