Great experience in purchasing a vehicle My son & I both needed newer vehicles so decided to go to this dealership together. We researched local dealers & the available vehicles they had. We decided on Hendrick & they were able to take care of all of our needs! We had 2 great sales ladies to work with - Maddie & Kayla who gave great service. They were able to find wonderful vehicles for the both of us! Patrick took care of all the paperwork for our 2 new vehicles in a short amount of time. We kept them very busy with buying 2 cars at the same time but they handled all of it in a friendly & timely manner. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle without the hassle. More

CROOKS UPDATE ON CROOKED HENDRICK VOLKSWAGEN OF CONCORD! Below you will see my initial complaint that I was lied too yet again so I would take it down. Befor UPDATE ON CROOKED HENDRICK VOLKSWAGEN OF CONCORD! Below you will see my initial complaint that I was lied too yet again so I would take it down. Before we get to that let me put the updated crooked work of this dealership into play for you. I was initially told I'd get $1,700.00 for my Jeep as a trade in. They sold that Jeep for $7,000.00 after slapping some cheap chrome on it. I know because I saw it on their lot with my own eyes. Plus it was unlocked so I checked it out. They actually only gave me about $1,500.00 and I put $1,000.00 down payment. They FINANCED over $600 in dealer fees and taxes plus almost $800 for GAP. All without my knowledge or consent. I've had my car since April 2016 and the sticker price on my car was $13,900.00. After their crooked and deceitful inner workings and lies, I will end up paying $27,000.00 for my car! I could've bought a brand new one for that! HENDRICK IS CROOKED! DO NOT PURCHASE LEASE OR FINANCE ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM! Final note; they allow uneducated persons to act as mechanics or service techs when they can't even find the wheel lock for your car and they had my car for TWO DAYS and did NOTHING. They are crooks. They also allow their employees to joy ride in your vehicles and do nothing when they SCRAPE THE ENTIRE UNDERNEATH OF YOUR FRONT BUMPER DRIVING LIKE AN IDIOT. HENDRICK = CROOKS!!!! Oh, and I've contacted the attorney general and already sent them copies of every paper in my "contract". Below is my initial complaint from May 2016. Yea they're that bad ... You want to get lied too? Ripped off? Given the ultimate run around? Go to Hendrick. They've told me they were going to do this and fix that and they leave you wondering and waiting. I was there for an entire day waiting on front strut mounts to be replaced. 0930 drop off. At 1830 I had a friend drop me off there because I hadn't heard from them and no one answered any of my calls. It took them 40 minutes to find my car! Then sent me home in a "courtesy vehicle" wrapped with their advertisement of course, because my car had to go to the collision center for 2 specific issues. I live 65 miles from the dealership. It was 2230 before I got home. I got a call at 1030 the next morning. My car was "ready" but only because they decided not to fix anything. Still haven't been told why. The "contract" hasn't even been finalized for 3 business days. The car came with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. Those 2 days I had to arrange pick up and care for my child last minute because I can't afford daycare. Way over priced. Just like Hendrick is way over rated. I attempted to return the vehicle after learning the insurance premium and I cannot afford it on disability income. Army. 8 years. SGT. IRQ OEF/OND CV ... I also did my research before hand learning about the "no cooling off period" and the dealerships ability to "unwind the deal" but it's a "headache" and "costly" for them so they just let you wander through their lots hoping you will leave and they won't have to deal with you. To make it worse, they've yet to even wash or detail the car since I got it because it had just came in the day I traded my 2005 Jeep for it so they said bring it back another day and we will detail it and fix any issues. Blow it out of your hind parts Hendrick. They gave me a BS story about trade in value and credit and shop fee and blah blah blah and I ended up getting $1500 for the trade and it is now on their website for $7,000. Really? They didn't even do any quality repairs or updates. Just slapped some cheap chrome on the door handles outside and backs of the mirrors and put some cheap looking chrome wheels on it. It's a 2005 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with 177,xxx miles on it and multiple small but noticeable cosmetic issues inside and out. Do not buy that jeep or any other vehicle from any of the Hendrick dealers in Concord, NC. You want to get ripped off .... walk into a Hendrick Dealership. I was referred to them. I trusted them and they play a good game but it's definitely scripted. Just another one of many to add to the greedy, deceitful and power hungry list of corporate, federal and government offices and officials.
