I found the truck online and showed up for a test drive hoping to like the truck enough to buy it. The truck was in good shape and seemed like the previous owner took good care of it, so I let Robert know I wanted to buy it. From there, he made the process extremely simple for me. Only about 30-45 minutes passed before the truck was mine. Before driving away with the truck, Robert had the crew detail it and he topped off the tank with fuel. Great experience overall and would certainly recommend Robert and Hendrick Volkswagen again. More

As for the car, we were looking at new or used VW Jetta's, my wife decided that she liked the Jetta GLI trim best overall. We received a fantastic deal on a like new mint condition, one owner, carfax clean (visual inspection showed 0 signs of any damage repaired not reported to carfax) relatively low milage Hendrick certified 2017 GLI with full options package. Could not have been more pleased with the vehicle, the price, Hendrick's warranty commitment or the treatment we received, the friendliness of the staff, the respect, the straight forward (no bs approach) that every single person we interacted with at Hendrick. Worst experience with a dealership I was about to make my second purchase from this dealership since November. The salesman Kenny gave me an “out the door price” via text and I was all I was about to make my second purchase from this dealership since November. The salesman Kenny gave me an “out the door price” via text and I was all the way to the point of paying the $500 to have the vehicle brought to the dealership. The sales manager Joe calls and gives me a price thousands of $$$ higher and claims his salesman must have “made a typo.” They also told me over a week ago that they would transfer my warranties that were unused to my new vehicle...then rescinded and said they wouldn’t. Multiple lies from multiple employees and I’m so thankful that I hadn’t signed anything. I absolutely LOVE the VW Atlas and have taken my business to another dealership. Just glad my first purchase didn’t last long enough for them to get their financing bonuses...bonuses should be for great service, not poor service. More

Another great experience!! This is the 2nd car we’ve leased from Hendrick VW in a little under 3 years and, just like the first time, it was an overall EXCELLENT experience! We weren’t actually planning on trading in our 2016 VW GLI right away, we had some extra time and wanted to “just look” at an Atlas. From the moment we pulled into the lot and got out of the car, we were literally smiling. Kenny was VERY knowledgeable and informative about the Atlas, as well as the GLI that we had. He offered to let me test drive it and - BAM - I was in love! One of the things that I like most about Hendrick VW is that they are not at all pushy and pressuring like some other dealerships we’ve been to. Every employee that we’ve ever dealt with there - from sales, to finance, to the parts department - they are all so pleasant and personable. I noticed this first in March 2016 when we leased the GLI and I knew then that I would never go to another VW dealership. It was also great to see the finance manager, BreAnna, who was our salesperson for the GLI! She remembered us, which made us feel even more comfortable and at home! Another thing that we love about Hendrick VW is how clean it is! I’m talking CLEAN CLEAN. And it’s always like that any time we come in! Even the service department was spotless, even at the end of a busy Saturday. Our experience yesterday was nothing short of outstanding. Kenny worked hard, we walked him back and forth, looking at several different Atlas modelet before we decided on one. Once we finally decided, the process went pretty quick! BreAnna got us in and out, everything signed - paperless, I might add, which is the coolest thing ever! We didn’t wait long for Kenny to pull our freshly washed Atlas up to the door. He offered to take my picture with my new ride but I insisted that he be in the photo as well! Thank you Hendrick VW, Joe, BreAnna and most of all, Kenny, for making this happen!
