A great ending to a bad day. Going to pick up your car from the service department and unexpectedly ending up on the sales floor is rough. Knowledge, compassion and no pressure at all were just what we needed. Once we made our decision, Robert was EXTREMELY patient as I learned about all of the latest technology (and there is a lot of it!) He spent even more time with me the day after the sale to make sure I was getting comfortable with all the features. We couldn’t have gotten better service. BreAnna was also fantastic while wading through the paperwork. This kind of service is why we have been a VW family since 1990. More

I was having a good experience, but it quickly turned bad! At the beginning I believed that the purchase I made was justified by my salesperson's hasty and pushy tactics. However, now I'm not happy with this p At the beginning I believed that the purchase I made was justified by my salesperson's hasty and pushy tactics. However, now I'm not happy with this purchase at ALL. I came to Hendrick VW Concord with the intention of buying an SUV, and I left with a Jetta. The offer I was given did NOT match what was being advertised online, which was red flag #1. I was not given the opportunity to test drive the car after looking at numerous vehicles. Not to mention I was in a car accident two weeks ago and I'm extremely uncomfortable in a sedan. I also communicated that to my salesperson, he persisted. Red flag #2, They promised a FULL tank of gas, when I got the car it was almost empty. Why would someone push me into a small car given the circumstances? Not a good move. I feel taken advantage of in a sensitive situation and there has been no one willing to help. I called to speak with a manager about my purchase and he was empathetic. Then the following day, I spoke with a rude and condescending man named Patrick who was completely insensitive over the phone. They have the ability to reverse this unruly sale and help me to find a new car, but they will not! I am now looking for a new car due to this terrible situation. Thanks a lot, Hendrick VW Concord. (saw one at a Walmart shopping store and fell in love with t My husband and I stopped by Hendrick VW Dealership just to take a look at the VW Tiguan. (saw one at a Walmart shopping store and fell in love with the style). Really never expected to shop seriously for a vehicle, just wanted to look. We have previously purchased 4 Toyota cars, and one Honda vehicle from Hendricks. When we walked into the VW place, we were greeted by Manning Floyd. I was surprised by how much he knew about the Tiguan, all the whistles and bells. I was impressed and felt comfortable, never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing the vehicle. After much consideration we decided to go ahead and purchase a new car, whether it was going to be a Honda CRV (other choice I was greatly considering) or the Tiguan. My husband and I went back and forth with the Hendrick Honda dealership and the VW dealershiip. When we went back to Hendricks VW dealership , Manning Floyd was off that day and meet Rusian. Again a great person to work with, took his time to go over the Tiguan again, all the details of the car, asnswered all of our questions and we never felt pressured. We also test drove the Honda CRV, also working with Brian McDaniel, and Chris Cook at Hendricks Honda. Loved that Brian McDaniel, stated it did not matter to them which vehicle I chose as long as I would be happy. That meant alot to us. No big sales push. We proceeded to get quotes for the cars we were interested in for both the Honda and Tiguan. It took a good three days of going back and forth, test driving the cars, asking more questions before making our decision for the Tiguan. We also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Joe Watts, answered all our questions regarding the best way for us to purchase the Tiguan. Rusian prepared the paperwork so once it was time to pick up the vehicle we would not have to wait, shopping for a vehicle is tiring. He has the patience of a saint, never once did we feel that he just wanted us to hurry and make our decision. Worked with us with all the test drives, questions, etc.. This was an experience that we will never forget, now this is our 6th car purchased from Hendricks. Keep this up and we will be back. More
