We decided to just look at it. Robert was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, it’s features, and what we were looking for financially. We test drove it and that was it. We knew the Atlas was the car for us. We sat down, spoke payments, trade in etc. Found the color we wanted and then got in sign finance. BreAnna was quick and thorough and soon we were signing paperwork. We recommend Robert 100%. He’s not just a great salesman, but he’s honest and helpful. More

Salesperson was great but extremely long wait for finance. On Thursday 5/30/2019 evening we called your dealership looking for the 2019 Atlas SEL Premium and spoke with sales manager Keith. Keith was very prof On Thursday 5/30/2019 evening we called your dealership looking for the 2019 Atlas SEL Premium and spoke with sales manager Keith. Keith was very professional and helpful and gave me acceptable numbers for our lease. The next day Friday I spoke to Patrick and asked him to hold the car for us until that evening and he said he would. We already accepted the terms and Patrick asked us to fill out credit online to make a fast process when we arrive at the delearship, which we did. I informed Keith we would be there at approx 630 PM. At about 615 I messaged Keith to let him know we were going to take our kids to get dinner before the dealership so they wouldn't be hungry when we arrived at the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at approx 730 and met with sales person Taylor, she was very helpful and informative. She told us that there was a back up in finance due to only one finance person. We waited around the dealership until approx 1030 pm and completed out deal approx 11 PM. We handled our last lease in a similar fashion and we were in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. I am not happy with the amount of time (3 hours) we had to wait around to complete the paperwork on our lease. I checked that I would not recommend this dealership because of the amount of time we had to wait for finance. Please let me know if you have any questions. More
