Robert was pretty easy to work with and didn't come off as "salesy." I appreciated that he seemed to recognize that I was the one making the decision instead of my husband. Many sales people will automatic as "salesy." I appreciated that he seemed to recognize that I was the one making the decision instead of my husband. Many sales people will automatically give the man in a relationship more attention and that wasn't the case. We bought a pre-owned vehicle and the dealership did a nice job accommodating a couple requests we had to get the vehicle in the shape we wanted. Dealership environment is nice and the service people have been easy to work with as well. As a woman, I appreciate that many of their service advisors are female. First experience with Volkswagen although we've been part of Hendrick Toyota for a while. So far, this has been a better experience overall. More
