Hendricks Volkswagon should not be trusted. I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and was told by the sales person that “I didn’t need to put a hold on the car because no one knew it was for I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and was told by the sales person that “I didn’t need to put a hold on the car because no one knew it was for sale.” They had already run my credit and given me a quote on numbers. I told them I was planning on coming to see the car and asked if the car would be held while they were finalizing numbers with the finance manager, but still was told in a text everything is looking great and should have all ready to go in 30 minutes. After trying for hours to get in touch with the finance manager and sales person ( I called the main number and was told the finance manager was in a corporate meeting for 2 hours and would call me), texting and trying to follow up multiple times, I decided I would drive an hour to go see if I could purchase the car. Prior to driving, I texted the sales person to ask if I should drive there, and I was told that we would be ready to complete and finish the deal in 30 min. When I arrived. I was told the car was sold. I have numerous text messages and evidence to back up the lack of customer service. One of the finance managers (can’t mention name) refused to talk to me and told his employees to say he was at lunch. Even when the sales person told me where he was in the main office when I went to talk with him, he wouldn’t even look at me. The sales person did not communicate with transparency and the customer service was very poor . Thank goodness Frisco Dodge was able to help us buy a car that day. I encourage you to beware of the lack of communication and lies from this dealership . I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have screenshots of all the lies in text messages as evidence. More
