This is the second time Fernando has been my service agent and he has been phenomenal both times. Fernando is personable, kind, knowledge and thorough. We had spent about 3 weeks looking for cars, comparing safety features, price, service, etc. On a whim, we should up 45 mins before the store closing. We were greeted by Heather Zebrosky . I cannot tell you how much we appreciated her patience, knowledge, no pressure sales, and willingness to work with us to find the perfect car. Heather should have been going home to her young family that night. Instead, she stayed and sat with us until we were 100% sure of the deal.
