We had done a lot of research and knew what car/options we wanted. We had visited a dealership in Raleigh, but were very disappointed in their customer service approach. On a whim, we looked into the Wilmington Toyota dealership and found exactly what we wanted!!! We used to live in Wilmington & actually bought my husband's Forerunner from there 6 years ago, so we were happy to become repeat customers! Chris Radefeld was our sales consultant and did a GREAT job! He was extremely helpful and willing to work with us to meet our needs. His friendly, calm attitude put us at ease and made the process more comfortable! Buying a car can certainly be stressful, and he made it enjoyable.
