Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington

Dissatisfied with service I brought my car in for service because there seems to be a problem with steering the vehicle. The steering wheel turns very slowly and feels very tig I brought my car in for service because there seems to be a problem with steering the vehicle. The steering wheel turns very slowly and feels very tight and heavy some of the time when I first start the car. After spending seven hours waiting for the vehicle with an appointment, the problem could not be replicated and I left with my vehicle still not fixed. I now have to cancel a trip to our home state that my children and I have looked forward to for 6 months. I am very disappointed in the service, especially since we opted for an extended warranty that is worthless if the car is still not fixed. More

New purchase I have been a Toyota customer for years. I have always been treated with respect and everyone is always friendly. I know most of the Toyota family by name and am treated like I am part of the family. I went in to have new tires, oil change, etc and ended the day with a new Sienna Van. Kim is a great sales rep and is very honest and explained every detail on the van and was absolutely "no pressure" I will be back to service my vehicle and of course will be back for the next vehicle. I feel safe in all my Toyota vehicles I have driven in years past (Tacoma, 2 highlanders, 2 4-runners and now my van) More

Excellent, caring, timely service Had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington. Needed to get my car inspected immediately and needed a tire rotation and oil change. The service department was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything i needed to be aware of was brought to my attention. Thankfully they also caught that i needed new front brakes and my oil cap needed replacing because whoever put it on last had put it back in wrong and was causing a leak. Thanks to Hendrick Toyota i feel much safer driving now and will continue to use them for any car related needs in the future.. More
