I always enjoy my experience at Hendricks Toyota My battery was low and wouldn't start.....we called and they gave us an appointment right away (it was on Saturday). We were able to jump the car and get to the dealership, a little late but that didn't matter to them. It turned out to be a bad cell so they replaced the battery. I travel a lot (alone) and Brandon assured me that I had a towing package with my purchase and if I didn't have my husband available, Toyota would have taken care of me. Since my 10,000 mile checkup was due soon, Brandon suggested we have that done for my convenience. I have been more than satisfied with every experience with Hendricks Toyota! I felt Brandon was very efficient and truly cared about me and my car! I love my RAV4 and I'm glad I chose Hendricks as my dealership! More

They do a great job of greeting the customer when coming in for service and quickly getting the paperwork done, etc. but when you go back to pick up your car, no one greets you or looks up from their statio in for service and quickly getting the paperwork done, etc. but when you go back to pick up your car, no one greets you or looks up from their stations or asks if they can help you. We stopped at Hendrick Toyota in Wilmington, NC before we were scheduled to go to two other dealers. Well, we fell in love with a Toyota RAV-4 as soon as we arrived, and was thinking about taking it for a test ride. As soon as we starting looking a fine young man, Sales Consultant Matthew Reed, came out to greet us. Matthew was very nice (not at all pushy) and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and after giving us a rundown and test drive we sat at his desk and ran numbers. One of his sales managers helped get our monthly payments to where we needed them by cutting the cost of the car and adding expired incentives. the credit application also went very smoothly. Matthew even coordinated the installation of after-market heated seats that we wanted on the vehicle. Again, very good, over-all car buying experience - highly recommended. . More

I was easily able to schedule service on line. We arrived early but they took us right away. We were advised the service could take as long as 1.25 hours consistent with what we were told when we booked the early but they took us right away. Coincidences or Blessings? Two Sunday's ago, I met my daughter after church at Goody -Goody . As we waited in line, a smiling gentleman came down the sidewalk and was greeted Two Sunday's ago, I met my daughter after church at Goody -Goody . As we waited in line, a smiling gentleman came down the sidewalk and was greeted by the family in front of us. Their visit ended with "Are you still selling cars?" and the gentleman answered cheerfully, "Yes, thirty nine years!" and went in to take the single seat at the counter. A coincidence? That I discover a very experienced Toyota car salesman on the very day I was going ca(r-shopping? Who sold the same brand of car I wanted?) My Camry had just been totaled in a rear-end collision. and I really needed to find my next vehicle. When it was our turn to be seated at Goody-Goody, I ended up sitting next to the smiling gentleman - who was Willie Jackson,, Another coincidence? I asked immediately, "You sell cars? Where?" ""Hendrick Toyota - thirty nine years!" I told Willie about the Camry, and he said,"Well, you have been blessed today!"" A Within 24 hours, I had a 2019 RAV4.. Willie was a big help with all the necessary decisions and I couldn't help but notice how many other people seemed to be buying cars from Mr.Willie. I am very happy my RAV4. It's exactly the right car for me. And I really like Hendrick Toyota. I think Mr Willie was right about the blessing. .. More
