I always enjoy my experience at Hendricks Toyota My battery was low and wouldn't start.....we called and they gave us an appointment right away (it was on Saturday). We were able to jump the car and My battery was low and wouldn't start.....we called and they gave us an appointment right away (it was on Saturday). We were able to jump the car and get to the dealership, a little late but that didn't matter to them. It turned out to be a bad cell so they replaced the battery. I travel a lot (alone) and Brandon assured me that I had a towing package with my purchase and if I didn't have my husband available, Toyota would have taken care of me. Since my 10,000 mile checkup was due soon, Brandon suggested we have that done for my convenience. I have been more than satisfied with every experience with Hendricks Toyota!
