My service rep got me a chair on garage incoming area -it was cold 50 degrees & raining. I went to restroom & someone took my chair away. Like other customers, I sat on dirty floor next to service desks for an hour plus as did other customers. My experience at Hendrick Toyota has been 5 stars for 25+ years - I have purchased Numerous cars & had excellent service for all the years until Wednesday 4/15/2020 ! More

They call if they find a problem with your vehicle that needs attention. Being a volume dealer, they stay busy so you seldom get to check out with the same person who checked you in. Their waiting room is nice, though seating can be hard to find at times. I keep going back to them for service and keep buying vehicles from them. They sell good products and make sure they keep them running well. In reading below, apparently you are considering using a kiosk. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO A MACHINE BUT WITH A PERSON! But then I’m 74 years old and won’t be driving that many more years, though an aunt drove up to 99. More
