Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington

I have a service contract on my car, I have been going to Hendricks Toyota of Wilmington NC since 2016. It has progressively got worse with their customer service and the long waits, that constantly get long Hendricks Toyota of Wilmington NC since 2016. It has progressively got worse with their customer service and the long waits, that constantly get longer each visit. Granted I did have a recall also on this visit, but from the time when they came to let me know my car was done to the time I actually left the lot was another 45 minutes. I went to find out if I could get out of my last couple services and just get reimbursed so I did not have to come back, which was another complete waste of my time. I was told it wouldn't be a problem but when the young gentleman looked into it (I believe his name was Josh, but not completely sure) he stated that it had expired so he would have to look into it. I stated to him "probably because I don't drive the car often and there is a long time between services" he agreed, but he did take my name and phone number and he stated he would call me THAT DAY and let me know my options. I still have not received a call back, at this point I think I will cut my losses. My time is more important to me then losing the money on a couple of oil changes and not waste time going back again. I know people say this all the time I do not like to complain but I purchased two vehicles in 2016 from Hendricks Toyota and the dealership has greatly gone down in service since 2016, and that will definitely deter me from purchasing from them again. I have been in the service industry for 36 years so I know my comments will fall on deaf ears, but it does make me feel better that I have got this off my chest. Thank you More

emergency service I woke up to a dead battery and I called Toyota who promptly worked me in. Frank Barbara was extremly courtious and knowledgeable. AWESOME I went online to get estimates for new tires for our 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. Lowest price I got was $1000.00, highest was around $1200.00. Hendrick Toy I went online to get estimates for new tires for our 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. Lowest price I got was $1000.00, highest was around $1200.00. Hendrick Toyota sold me 4 tires, get 1 free, mounting & balancing and a front end alignment for 830.00 or less. Can't remember the exact price, but it was way less than your competitors.
